Computational and Data Science (M.Sc.)
The KIT Departments of Mathematics intends to establish the Master's degree program Computational and Data Science (M.Sc.) by the winter term 2026/2027, i. e. the program is expected to start for the first time in October 2026.

As for the Master's degree program in Computational and Data Science, we can inform you* that
- The language of instruction in the Master's degree programm will be English.
- In-depth interdisciplinary academic knowledge obtained in a Bachelor's degree program is required and is a prerequisite for admission. Previous knowledge is mandatory in Linear Algebra and Analysis, Mathematics for Computational and Data Science, Computer Science as well as in Sciences, Engineering or Economics.
- The online application portal will open by mid to late May 2026.
